The first thing you'll notice about our ribs is that we don't drown them in sauce. You can cover a lot of mistakes wih barbeque sauce, but we don't have a thing to hide. Our ribs are lean and meaty, the ones the connoisseurs rave about. And they are smoked in a real wood burning pit for hours before you get them. Oh, we'll serve you the sauce on the side. But considering the quality of the meat underneath, you may decide you don't need it!
